ekplus Platform Agreement

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ekplus ("Company", "Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at https://ekplus.cam ("Platform", "Site").

By accessing the ekplus platform, registering an account, making a deposit, accepting any bonus, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the ekplus platform. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes your ongoing acceptance of these Terms as amended from time to time.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the registered player account created by you on the ekplus Platform, through which you access all gaming and betting services.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in your Account at any given time, denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, free spins, or other non-cashable incentives credited to your Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Deposit" means any transfer of real funds from your nominated payment method into your Account Balance.
• "Withdrawal" means any transfer of real funds from your Account Balance to your nominated payment method, subject to verification and these Terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered before they become eligible for conversion to real funds or withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required to verify your identity, age, and payment method ownership.
• "Games" means all casino games, live dealer tables, slot titles, sports betting markets, lottery products, arcade games, and any other gaming products offered on the Platform.
• "Prohibited Territories" means any jurisdiction in which use of the Platform is restricted, prohibited, or unlicensed by applicable law.
• "MYR" / "RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the base currency of the Platform.
• "Player Dashboard" means the secure account management interface accessible to verified account holders after login.

To register and maintain an active account with ekplus, you must at all times satisfy the following eligibility criteria:

1. You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during account operation.
2. You are a natural person registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
3. You are not a resident of, or located in, any Prohibited Territory where online gambling is prohibited or restricted by applicable law.
4. You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
5. You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of ekplus or any affiliated entity.
6. You have not previously had an ekplus account suspended or permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms.
7. You are not registered on any self-exclusion programme that would prohibit your participation in online gambling activities.
8. You will only register and maintain one (1) Account at any time. Multiple accounts held by the same person are strictly prohibited.

Account registration on ekplus requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information at all times. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.

4.1 Registration Requirements

During registration, you must provide at minimum: your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification document, a valid email address, a Malaysian mobile phone number, date of birth, and a nominated payment method. All information provided must be truthful and verifiable.

4.2 KYC Verification

Prior to processing your first withdrawal request, and at any time at our sole discretion, ekplus may require you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. You may be required to submit one or more of the following:

• A copy of a valid government-issued photo identification (e.g., MyKad, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three (3) months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement)
• Proof of ownership of any payment method used to deposit funds (e.g., bank statement, e-wallet screenshot)
• A selfie or video verification where required by our compliance team

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. ekplus will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

Your use of the ekplus Platform is subject to the following usage terms and prohibited conduct provisions.

5.1 Permitted Use

The ekplus Platform is made available solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may access and use the Platform exclusively through authorised interfaces — our website and any officially designated mobile experience. Automated access, scraping, or use of bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform is strictly prohibited.

5.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are expressly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension and legal action where applicable:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering or fraud
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures
• Using any software, device, or technique that provides an unfair advantage in any game or bet
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise gain unauthorised access to the Platform's software or infrastructure
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC
• Creating or operating multiple accounts simultaneously, whether under your own name or aliases
• Transferring funds between player accounts or engaging in chip dumping in live game settings
• Exploiting any technical error, malfunction, or bug in the Platform for financial gain

5.3 Platform Availability

ekplus endeavours to maintain uninterrupted access to the Platform at all times. However, we do not warrant that the Platform will be free from interruptions, errors, or downtime. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where practicable. ekplus shall not be liable for losses arising from Platform unavailability outside of our reasonable control.

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ekplus accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Malaysian payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and direct bank transfers to Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, RHB, and selected other Malaysian financial institutions. Cryptocurrency deposits are accepted in Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and Litecoin (LTC).

6.2 Deposit Terms

All deposits must be made from a payment method held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method. Deposits are credited to your Account Balance in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of confirmed receipt.

6.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as your ekplus account. Withdrawals will not be processed until full KYC verification has been completed. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times vary by method as summarised below:

Processing times stated above are operational targets and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur during periods of high transaction volume, public holidays, or where additional verification is required. ekplus shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking system outages, or blockchain network congestion.

From time to time, ekplus may offer promotional bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback credits, referral rewards, or other incentives ("Promotions") to new and existing players. All Promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published with the individual offer.

7.1 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus offers are available only to players who have completed account registration and verified their identity.
• Each Promotion is available to one account per person, household, IP address, and device. Attempting to claim a Promotion multiple times constitutes abuse and will result in forfeiture of all associated bonus funds and winnings.
• Bonus Funds are credited in addition to, not instead of, your real-money deposit. Real-money Balance is used before Bonus Funds unless otherwise specified.
• Withdrawals of winnings derived from Bonus Funds will not be processed until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been met in full.
• Wagering Requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each Promotion. Unused Bonus Funds expire upon conclusion of the validity period.
• ekplus reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any Promotion at any time. Players will be notified of material changes via their registered email address.

7.2 Wagering Requirement Reference

Contribution rates towards Wagering Requirements vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games may contribute 10%–20%; sports betting contributes 100% on qualifying markets (minimum odds 1.5). Full contribution tables are available in the Player Dashboard.

All wagers placed on the ekplus Platform are subject to the specific rules governing each game or betting market, as displayed within the Platform. The following general rules apply across all products:

• All bets are final once confirmed. ekplus shall not be liable for bets placed in error by the player.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round or bet settlement, ekplus reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the staked amount to the player's Balance.
• Sports betting odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at confirmation are the final odds applicable to the wager.
• In-play bets are accepted at the discretion of the sportsbook and may be suspended at any time during live events including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UFC, and other active markets.
• Maximum bet and payout limits apply and are displayed within each game or market. ekplus reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.
• Any winnings arising from bets placed using funds obtained through prohibited activities will be voided and forfeited in their entirety.
• Where a game provider's rules conflict with ekplus general rules, the game provider's rules shall take precedence for that specific game or market.

ekplus is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We recognise that for some players, gambling may become harmful, and we take our duty of care seriously. The following tools are available to all verified account holders via the Player Dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account.
• Session Time Limits: Restrict the duration of individual gaming sessions.
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the requested exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic notifications of your session duration and wager totals.

All content on the ekplus Platform, including but not limited to software, source code, database structures, user interface designs, logos, trademarks, service marks, game assets, text, graphics, audio, video, and data compilations ("Content"), is the exclusive property of ekplus or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Content without prior written authorisation from ekplus.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide to ekplus regarding the Platform may be used by us without obligation of compensation or attribution to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ekplus, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology providers shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform
• Losses arising from reliance on any information, odds, or game outcomes displayed on the Platform
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your own failure to secure your credentials
• Interruptions to the Platform arising from force majeure events, including but not limited to acts of God, government actions, cyber-attacks, telecommunications failures, or power outages
• The conduct of third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or game providers integrated into the Platform

In any event, the total aggregate liability of ekplus to you for any claim arising from or related to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the net real-money deposits made by you to ekplus in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.1 Termination by You

You may close your ekplus account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Before account closure, you must withdraw any remaining real-money Balance in your Account. Bonus Funds not yet converted to withdrawable funds will be forfeited upon account closure. Account closure requests are processed within five (5) business days.

12.2 Suspension or Termination by ekplus

ekplus reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time and without prior notice if we reasonably believe that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms
• You have provided false, fraudulent, or misleading information
• Your account activity presents an unacceptable compliance, legal, or fraud risk to the Platform
• You are operating an account on behalf of another person or entity
• You are engaging in prohibited conduct as described in Section 5.2 of these Terms

In cases of account suspension under investigation, your real-money Balance may be held pending conclusion of the investigation. Where fraudulent activity is confirmed, any funds derived from such activity will be forfeited in their entirety.

These Terms and any dispute arising from or connected with your use of the ekplus Platform shall be construed and governed in accordance with applicable international gaming law principles. Any disputes not resolved through our internal dispute resolution process shall be submitted to binding arbitration.

ekplus operates as an English-language platform targeting the Malaysia market. Players in Malaysia are responsible for determining the legality of online gambling under the laws applicable to their specific jurisdiction and circumstances. ekplus does not provide legal advice, and nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice for your specific situation.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or contrary to applicable law, that provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

ekplus reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered account holders via the email address on file at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the changes, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory obligation.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account prior to the effective date of the changes.
